ಅರ್ಹತೆ/Eligibility

• 1.ಅರ್ಜಿದಾರರು ಭಾರತದ ಪ್ರಜೆಯಾಗಿರಬೇಕು/The applicant must be a citizen of India

• 2.ಅವನು/ಅವಳು ಅಂದರೆ, ಅರ್ಜಿದಾರರು ಅರ್ಜಿಯನ್ನು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುವ ದಿನಾಂಕದಂದು 18 ವರ್ಷಗಳನ್ನು ಪೂರ್ಣಗೊಳಿಸಿರಬೇಕು. He/she should have attained the age of majority i.e., an applicant should have completed 18 years of age as of the date of submitting the application.

• 1.ನೋಂದಣಿ ಶುಲ್ಕವನ್ನು ಮರುಪಾವತಿಸಲಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ/Registration Fee is Non refundable.

ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುವುದು ಹೇಗೆ?/How to Apply?

1.ಅರ್ಜಿದಾರರು ಆನ್ಲೈನ್ನಲ್ಲಿ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಬಹುದು./Applicants can apply online.

(ಆನ್ ಲೈನ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ವಸತಿಯನ್ನು ಕಾಯ್ದಿರಿಸಲು ಅರ್ಜಿದಾರರು ಬಿಡಿಎ ಜಾಲತಾಣ https://bda.karnataka.gov.in ಅಥವಾ ವಸತಿ ಸಮುಚ್ಚಯಗಳ ಜಾಲತಾಣವನ್ನು ವೀಕ್ಷಿಸುವುದು. https://housing.bdabangalore.org/)(For applying online, the applicant is required to visit BDA’s website i.e., https://bda.karnataka.gov.in or Housing Project Website https://housing.bdabangalore.org) 

2.ಅಪೇಕ್ಷಿತ ಅರ್ಜಿದಾರರು ಆನ್‌ಲೈನ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಬಹುದು ಹಾಗೂ ಮೊದಲು ಬಂದವರಿಗೆ ಮೋದಲ ಆಧ್ಯತೆ ಮೇರೆಗೆ ವಸತಿಯನ್ನು ಕಾಯ್ದಿರಿಸಬಹುದು./The desirous applicants will apply online and will opt for a specific flat on first-cum-first-serve basis.

3.ಆರಂಭಿಕ ಠೇವಣಿ ಶುಲ್ಕವನ್ನು ಒಮ್ಮೆ ಪಾವತಿಸಿದ ನಂತರ, ಆ ಅರ್ಜಿದಾರರಿಗೆ ಫ್ಲಾಟ್ ಅನ್ನು ಕಾಯ್ದಿರಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ ಹಾಗೂ ರಸೀತಿಯನ್ನು ಡೌನ್ ಲೋಡ್ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡು ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ವಸತಿ ವಿಭಾಗವನ್ನು ಸಂಪರ್ಕಿಸುವುದು./Once the Initial Deposit fee is paid, the flat will be kept reserved for that applicant, download receipt and contact flat section in BDA head office.

4.ಆರಂಭಿಕ ಠೇವಣಿಯು ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದ ನಂತರ ವಸತಿ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆಯು ಹಳದಿ ಬಣ್ಣಕ್ಕೆ ತಿರುಗಿ ತ್ವರಿತವಾಗಿ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಹೆಸರಿಗೆ ಕಾಯ್ದಿರಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು./After the initial deposit has been submitted to the Authority, the flat number will turn yellow and be quickly reserved to your name.

ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರದ ವಸತಿಯೋಜನೆಯಡಿ ಆನ್ ಲೈನ್ ಮುಖಾಂತರ ಕಾಯ್ದಿರಿಸಿದ ನಂತರ ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರದ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಕಛೇರಿಯ ವಸತಿ ವಿಭಾಗಕ್ಕೆ ಭೇಟಿ ಮಾಡಿ ಅರ್ಜಿಯನ್ನು ಪಡೆದು ಅಗತ್ಯ ದಾಖಲೆಗಳು ಮತ್ತು  ವಾಸ ದೃಢೀಕರಣ ಪತ್ರದೊಂದಿಗೆ  ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ ಮುಂದಿನ ಕ್ರಮ ವಹಿಸಿ ಹಂಚಿಕೆ ಪತ್ರ ಹಾಗೂ NOCಯನ್ನು ನೀಡಲಾಗುವುದು.

ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುವ ವಿಧಾನ
1)    ಅರ್ಜಿ(ಅಧೀಕೃತ ವಾಸಸ್ಥಳ ದೃಢೀಕರಣಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ದೃಢೀಕೃತ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳ ಮೊಹರು, ಅರ್ಜಿದಾರರ ಭಾವಚಿತ್ರದೊಂದಿಗೆ   ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣವಾಗಿ   ಭರ್ತಿ ಮಾಡಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಅಭಿವೃದ್ದಿ ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರದ ಫ್ಲಾಟ್ಸ್ ಹಂಚಿಕೆ ವಿಭಾಗದಲ್ಲಿ ತುರ್ತಾಗಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು)
2)    ಅರ್ಜಿಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ನೀಡಲಾಗುವ ನೋಂದಣಿ ಕಾರ್ಡ್  ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣವಾಗಿ ಭರ್ತಿ ಮಾಡಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.
3)     ಪ್ರಾರಂಭಿಕ ಠೇವಣಿ ಮತ್ತು ಅರ್ಜಿಗಾಗಿ ಪಾವತಿಸಿದ ಮೌಲ್ಯದ ಚಲನ್ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುವುದು.
4)     ಆಧಾರ್ ಕಾರ್ಡ್ ಪ್ರತಿ, ಪ್ಯಾನ್ ಕಾರ್ಡ್ ಪ್ರತಿ,
5)     ಜಾತಿ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರವನ್ನು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸ ತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.

After booking online under the authority's housing scheme, Visit the housing department of the authority's head office and get the application and apply with the necessary documents and proof of residence, further action will be taken and the allotment letter and NOC will be issued.

Application Procedure

1) Application (completely filled and submitted along with the stamp of authorized authorities for confirmation of authorized residence, applicant's photograph and submitted immediately to the flats allotment department of Bangalore Development Authority)

2) The registration card issued along with the application should be filled and submitted.

3) Submission of challan of initial deposit and value paid for application.

4) Copy of Aadhaar Card, Copy of PAN Card,

5) Caste certificate should be submitted.
